LyVin Clinic is aregistered medical aesthetic clinic in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, founded by Dr. Kavin Tan Ming Yaw and Dr. Lynda Quah. Formerly known as Revival Medical Clinic, the clinic has been serving patients since 2013.
LyVin Clinic provides Aesthetic, Regenerative and Therapeutic medical treatments, with services covering facial aesthetics, skin rejuvenation, injectables, laser treatments, body contouring, weight management, hair restoration and intimate wellness.
LyVin Clinic currently has two branches in Johor Bahru: the Pelangi Branch in Taman Pelangi and the Sutera Branch in Taman Sutera Utama. The Pelangi Branch is conveniently located for patients travelling from Singapore via the Johor Bahru–Singapore Causeway. |

This photograph captures an early chapter of our journey, years before LyVin Clinic was established, our clinic is named Revival Medical Clinic. Since then, our commitment to medical aesthetics and patient care has continued to evolve, leading to the establishment and growth of LyVin Clinic in Johor Bahru. |

Medical Leadership

Dr. Kavin Tan Ming Yaw is the Founder and Medical Director of LyVin Clinic and an LCP-certified aesthetic doctor in Malaysia. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Kavin provides professional training and education for fellow doctors pursuing their Letter of Credentialing and Privileging (LCP) in Aesthetic Medical Practice.
His professional training and speaking experience covers areas including aesthetic injectables, facial anatomy, injection techniques, treatment planning and safety. This combination of clinical practice and medical education forms an important part of LyVin Clinic's approach to aesthetic medicine. |
