INSIDE-OUT WELLNESS EXPERIENCE

On 12 March 2026, we took a bold step beyond conventional beauty treatments and introduced a new way of experiencing aesthetics—one that begins from within. In collaboration with TheraPilates, we curated an exclusive inside-out wellness journey that seamlessly integrates mind, body, and beauty.

A New Philosophy of Beauty

Traditional aesthetics often focus solely on external results. However, true beauty is a reflection of inner balance and overall well-being. This event was designed to highlight a more holistic philosophy—where emotional health, physical strength, and facial vitality are equally important.

We structured the experience around three essential pillars:

•Inside (Mind) – Exomind

Focusing on emotional regulation and mental resilience, this segment emphasized the importance of inner clarity and balance as the foundation of beauty.

•Core (Body) – Pilates

Through mindful movement, attendees engaged in Pilates to build strength, improve flexibility, and develop better breath awareness—key elements that support both posture and overall vitality.

•Outside (Face) – Emface

Completing the journey, Emface technology was introduced to enhance muscle tone, improve facial structure, and deliver natural-looking anti-aging results.

Guided by Experts

•The event was hosted by Dr Lynda Quah and Dr Gervene Lim, who shared their expertise and guided attendees through this comprehensive transformation experience.

•Adding to the immersive session, Pilates instructor Elsie Yeo led a rejuvenating workout that brought the “Core” pillar to life—encouraging participants to reconnect with their bodies through controlled movement and mindful breathing.
